Design + Install
We handle the full scope — design the system, pull the permit, install it, and get it signed off. One point of contact from plans to completion.
Includes: permitting, rough-in during framing, trim after drywall and paint, inspection, and AHJ sign-off. Cover plates matched to ceiling finish, heads positioned symmetrically with lights and vents.
Install Only
Already have stamped plans from another designer? We install from your existing package. We review the plans before starting to flag any field concerns early.
Same install scope: permitting, rough-in, trim, inspection, and AHJ sign-off. If plan adjustments are needed in the field, we coordinate with the original designer or handle revisions in-house.
