Residential Fire Sprinkler Design — NFPA 13D
Quick & Approved Plans
for the Builders.
Life Safety for the Homeowners.
Stamped, permit-ready NFPA 13D submittal in 3-7 business days. Based in NorCal — design ships nationwide where licensing permits, full installation across Northern California.
Built for residential
We focus solely on residential fire protection. We serve:
- Owner-Builders needing a submittal package tailored to a specific fire protection contractor and AHJ.
- Custom and Tract Builders ready to break ground and needing an approved permit quickly.
- Fire Sprinkler Contractors who need a consistent or ad-hoc design partner who can deliver plans that pass AHJ review.
NFPA 13D Design

Currently licensed for California, with active expansion to additional states.

We Prioritize the Turnaround
Most plans go out in 3-7 business days from contract receipt. Our residential specialization is built for permit timelines and fast turnarounds. Our team has the capacity to handle volume without slowing down on quality.
Transparency in Pricing
Most NFPA 13D residential plans run $350-650. Pricing varies based on home complexity, sprinklered area, and AHJ requirements — but we keep it transparent and fair. Custom builds are expensive enough already. Plans shouldn't make it worse.
Designers with Field Experience
Every plan goes out under our lead designer's direct review, and he has spent ten years installing the systems he draws. Designs that work in the field because the people drawing them have been in the field. Most design-only firms can't say that.
